Quick and Easy Mothers Day Card

Sometimes you just need a quick and easy card and this is definitely one of those! I wanted to come up with a great card for one of my classes, suitable for beginners but it also had to have that wow factor as well as great results every single time. I think it works, hope you agree with me on this one.

You can keep things simple and stamp the image using Stazon ink so if you wanted to colour any of the image you can do so without smearing. Or you can step it up as I have done and use Memento black ink with VersaMark, sprinkled with clear embossing power and heat embossed which gives you a lovely raised shiny image. I’ve used Stampin’ Blends to colour the flowers and used what is called a Paper Piecing Technique for the plant pot holder which really lifts the image. Then simply finished off with Stampin’ Dimensionals and  clear Rhinestones.
The stamp set I have used is Just Because from the 2019 Spring/Summer Catalogue it’s an exclusive set just for hosts when you host a qualifying party or spend £150 before shipping and handling shopping with me.
All the supplies I have used are listed below and available from my online shop. If your order is under £150 then please don’t forget to use my current host code to receive a free thank you gift from me. Click on the link to find out more.
