Crafting Forever Stampin’ Blends Pen Holder – The Pootler’s Design Team Challenge Week 3

I have a confession to make about this project… these fabulous Stampin’ Blends are one of my Christmas presents. As soon as I post this blog I will have been rumbled and my husband will confiscate them. But saying that he did say I should make a pen pot holder and include the lovely pen stamp, so I have, well sort of.  As soon as I saw them in the box I knew I wanted to make something to store them in, something that would look lovely and co-ordinate with all of my other lovely makes on my craft table and I’m really pleased with the end result.

It will hold up to 28 pens. I know we only have 27 in the set but it does mean I can duplicate on the bronze which I know I will use constantly. So this is the reason I don’t have a video yet. So excited for Christmas, are you? Don’t forget these are alcohol markers so need to be stored horizontally rather than vertically x

  1. I have just received a set of Blends, I thought they would be in a box. I look forward to seeing your video so I can keep my Blends under control, your box looks sturdy and is also very petty. Merry Christmas to you. Geraldine

    1. Hi Geraldine, thank you, it’s a really sturdy box and made specifically for my Blends. I hope to get the video done at some point next week. You must let me know how you get on with making it, I love to hear from people who have tried my projects x

      1. Hi there, thank you for responding so quickly. Seeing my comment to you I didn’t mean your Blends box was petty I meant pretty, I used to be a secretary would you believe. Gx

    1. Hi Lynne I’m working on the final design today. I just want to adjust the size slightly. I’ve had so many requests I want to make sure its perfect and also easy to follow so fingers crossed I should get the video done and published by tomorrow x
